I’ve been editing professionally for about 15 years. I worked at a local video production company for 10 of those years as Editor and Creative Director. It’s where I learned about the industry, made a lot of really great memories and personal connections, and grew my foundation as a creative professional. In 2020 I left to pursue freelance editing full-time.

I’ve always loved telling stories through any medium. But what drew me to editing is it’s artistic duality. There’s one side that is raw and organic, and another that is very technical. You literally destroy media by slicing it up, and manipulating it with effects. And then you stitch the pieces together again into a polished final product. Destruction and then reconstruction. I just genuinely love the process, and that’s why I always try to give back to future generations of creatives by streaming live edits on Twitch, answering questions on Instagram or selling creator assets in the store, here on my website.
